Service 01

Get your website built

A site that loads in under a second, looks right on every phone and gets found by Google. No page builder, no subscription, no dead weight.

Where most company websites go wrong

The most common site I get to look at was built six years ago in a page builder. It takes four seconds to load, on a phone the text slides under the menu, and nobody dares change anything any more because it is unclear what will break.

That is rarely a question of looks. It happens because twenty building blocks are being carried around and eighteen of them were never needed. I build in the other direction: only what your site actually has to do. Fewer parts means faster, safer and cheaper when something gets added later.

What is included

  • Structure and design agreed before anything gets built
  • Multilingual with a clean language switch, search engines understand it right away
  • Load time under a second as the target, measured before we go live
  • Tested on real devices, not just a shrunken browser window
  • An editing area so you can change text yourself
  • GDPR compliant, fonts and scripts on your own server

How it works

  1. 01

    Conversation

Half an hour. After that I know what the site has to do and you know what it costs. Free.

  2. 02

    Draft

You see structure and design before a line of code exists. Changes are cheap at this point.

  3. 03

    Build

Two to four weeks. You can follow the progress at a test address any time.

  4. 04

    Launch

Migration, measurement, backup, handover. After that I stay reachable.

Questions about websites

What does a website cost?

A small company site usually lands in the low four figures, a multilingual site with an editing area above that. You get a fixed price before we start, not an estimate. The quote is free.

How long does it take?

Two to five weeks, depending on the scope and on how quickly text and photos arrive. The date is in the quote and I keep it.

Can I change the site myself later?

Yes. You get a login area where you look after text, images and blog posts yourself. The handover takes half an hour.

What happens to my old site?

I look at it and tell you whether repair or rebuild is cheaper. Old addresses get redirected to the new ones so you lose nothing at Google.

Do I need a cookie banner?

Not with me. I build without third party services, fonts and scripts sit on your own server. With no cookies there is nothing for anyone to agree to.

Tell me about your site

Two sentences are enough. I will tell you what makes sense and what it costs.
