Who is behind it
Since 2007 I have worked in industry: in purchasing, as a managing director, in technical sales and most recently for two and a half years as a test engineer on behalf of Porsche AG. That is why I ask about your business first and only then about colours.
Today I develop websites, web apps and AI tools, three of them my own products. I am based in Bar in Montenegro. When you write to me, you talk to me, not to a sales team.

You see structure and design before anything is built. Changes are still free at this point. You sign off when it fits.
I build and test on real devices. You can follow the progress at any time on a preview address of your own.
We go live. You get every login, a walkthrough and a backup. After that I stay reachable.

Location
My base is in Bar, on the coast between Budva and Ulcinj. The work runs by video and email, wherever you are.
Project and invoice run in German, English or Montenegrin, whichever you prefer.
Before you ask
That depends on the scope: a small website is a different thing from a shop with many products. That is why you get a quote with a fixed number before the start. That number then holds. Where I can name a fixed price, it is on the site: a music video in one format costs EUR 1,490 including VAT.
The date is in the quote, before anything starts. I will not throw a number of weeks at you beforehand, because it is worth nothing until I know what you need. What I commit to, I keep.
In part, yes, and I use it myself every day. What it cannot do: decide what actually helps in your case, and carry the responsibility for it. That is what I am here for.
Then you are the normal case. I speak without jargon, and if something stays unclear, I explained it badly, you did not misunderstand it.
If your budget is around a thousand euros, a website builder will probably serve you better. I would rather tell you that now than after three conversations. And if it does not fit for some other reason, we say so openly. The first conversation costs you nothing.
