An online shop that keeps running without you

Your shop takes the order, writes the invoice, deducts the stock and reports the shipping without you stepping in. Price and date are fixed beforehand, in writing.

The shop is not the problem, the everyday work after it is

Almost anyone can put a shop online these days, and yours probably looks tidy enough. The trouble arrives in the third month: an order that lands nowhere, an invoice with the wrong tax rate for the customer in Germany, an item sold twice when only one sits on the shelf. You hear about it on the phone first.

That happens because the looks came first when it was built and the billing came last. I turn the order around. The boring things get set up first: payment methods, shipping rules, tax rates, invoices, returns. Only once a test purchase runs through cleanly does the appearance get its turn. A beautiful shop that bills wrongly costs you more than it brings in.

What is included

  • Your customers pay the way they want: card, PayPal, invoice or bank transfer
  • Shipping costs, tax rates and invoices happen without you touching them, across the border as well
  • Your existing product list is in there on day one, you type nothing out again
  • Vouchers, discounts and the newsletter you start yourself, whenever you want
  • Customers in Montenegro and in Germany see their own language and their own currency
  • After one afternoon you add products on your own, and the manual in your language stays with you

How it works

  1. 01

    Taking stock

What you sell, to whom, how it reaches the customer, how it is billed. Afterwards your process fits on one sheet and you see for yourself where you get stuck today.

  2. 02

    Setup

Payment, shipping, tax and stock first, design and product text after. At the end there is a shop that gets the sums right.

  3. 03

    Test orders

I buy from you, cancel, return and check every invoice. You get to see the paperwork before the first real customer orders.

  4. 04

    Launch and walkthrough

One afternoon together. Afterwards you add products, change prices and handle orders without me.

Questions about online shops

What does an online shop cost?

You get a fixed number before we start. It depends on how many products you have, on variants like size and colour, and on whether payment and bookkeeping get connected. A shop with thirty products is a different job from one with three thousand, and I work both out for you.

Which shop system do you use?

You decide that with me, by your size, not by my habit. For a small range something lean is often enough, for hundreds of products with variants I use a full system. I tell you beforehand what that costs you per year in fees, not only to build.

What about tax between Montenegro and the EU?

I set the rates up exactly as your tax advisor specifies them. I am not a tax advisor and I do not pretend to be. Whatever they say, I build in, and after that it runs by itself.

How long does a shop take?

The date is fixed in the quote before we start. The biggest time eater is almost always the product data, not the technology. If images, text and prices are ready, it goes faster.

What do you want to sell?

Tell me what you offer and how many products there are. Then you get a fixed price and an honest answer on whether a shop of your own pays off for you.
