Guests find you through booking platforms. Anyone who looks you up afterwards, comes back or wants to ask you directly needs an address of your own. I build it fast, in several languages, and so that enquiries reach you directly.
Why a platform alone is not enough
On the big platforms your place looks like every other one. You write into fixed fields, guests message you through the platform, and every booking costs you a commission. Anyone who searches for your name ends up back on the platform instead of with you.
A website of your own changes that. It shows rooms, location, amenities and the area the way you want to show them, and enquiries land straight in your inbox. You can keep the platforms anyway. Common questions from hosts
Does the website replace Booking.com or Airbnb?
No, and it does not have to. The platforms bring guests who do not know you yet. Your own website is for everyone who searches for your name, comes back or wants to ask you directly.
Can guests book directly on the website?
Guests write to you through a form, and the enquiry lands straight in your inbox. If you already use a booking calendar, I check whether it can be built in. What suits you, we settle in the conversation.
What does a vacation rental website cost?
A fixed price sits in the quote before we start, not an estimate, and the quote itself costs you nothing. What moves the price is mainly the number of places and languages. If your budget is smaller, I tell you what it buys.
Does my place have to be in Montenegro?
No. I am based in Bar, but the work runs over video, phone and email. Your place can be anywhere.
Who writes the text and takes the photos?
The photos come from you, because guests want to see what really awaits them. I help you with the text, in the other languages too.
